Draft. Rich amber beer with a cream colored head. Pine and light grapefruit aroma. Pine and grapefruit flavor with caramel. Medium bodied. Decent bitterness. Pine and grapefruit lingers with light earth and caramel. Too sweet, little hops. mrmartin (780) - New York, New York, USA - JUN 29, 2011
orangey-amber pour. light citrus nose. mellow in general. sweeter than some of the others. mixmasterob (1058) - Atlanta, Georgia, USA - JUN 28, 2011
Dark amber pour with a gorgeous fluffy, thick white head. Amazing retention. The aroma was very subdued and light. Earthy hops, some caramel malt, then some hay. Flavors were actually very pleasant. Light all around. Hints of malt, earthiness, corn husks and more hay. Light bitter finish. Super smooth and damn drinkable. Unique to see a hop such as this used in this capacity.

Draught at Københavnske Øldage 2011. Lightly hazy amber, small head. Aroma of lingonberry and citrus. Medium bodied with clean, hard mouthfeel. Resiny bitterness. Rather sharp. vyvvy (6639) - St. Louis, Missouri, USA - JUN 26, 2011
Pours clear golden amber with a good sized soapy beige head. The aroma has light caramel malt, spice, wood, husky and a touch of cream. Medium body that’s lightly husky with fairly soft carbonation. The flavor starts off with earthy woody hops, pine, citrus zest and an overall roughness. There is some caramel malt as well, but it’s underneath and on the dry crackery side. The finish is very earthy and adds some spice. Good IPA. TBone (18006) - Pori, FINLAND - JUN 22, 2011
Bottled 330ml (Beer Planet)BoBoChamp (5755) - Gent, BELGIUM - JUN 20, 2011
Deep cleat amber color, good creamy off-white head, lace. Nose is very similar to normal Galena: earthy, woody, maybe a bit spicey and metallic too. Some fruity caramel in the background. Medium-bodied. Quite fruity sweet front with hints of strawberries. Good grapefruity bitterness, very citrusy finish. Long lingering bitterness. This hop has more dynamite than ordinary Galena and flavor is also better. Very good bittering hop.

330ml bottle shared at søndagssmagning at Absalon Hotel. Deep, amber body with off-white patches at the surface. Herbal dry aroma, rather malt-fruity. Pineapples, spices and a bite of yeasty fruitiness in flavour. Smooth and strong bitter finish. Above par for the series (shared with OleR, Skinnyviking and norbrewer, Copenhagen 29.05.2011).
