Bottle from Highland shared by ttroha. Pours a transparent amber with a thin layer of cream colored head. Aroma of floral hops. Taste pretty much the same. TheBear11D (365) - Michigan, USA - APR 6, 2014
The warrior pours a dark rusty orange with a thick beige head that lasts a good while. The aroma is caramel and floral. The flavor is floral and caramel with a bits at the end. Overall this is a decent brew.

Bottle from Rehills, Newcastle. Dark amber coloured with red fruit and peppery hop flavours, citrus notes and a creamy orange marmalade finish. rumproasts (5543) - Grand Rapids, Michigan, USA - MAR 4, 2014
bottle. Deep hazy amber with small head. As usual, there’s the standard malty base for the Mikkeller single hop series. It’s maltier than I prefer, but in this context, it works very well. I find myself indifferent with Warrior hops. I prefer something with distinct citrus or pine (or both). There’s a pleasant hoppy bite, but the flavor is just a bit lacking.

Botella de 33 cl de 2d2dspuma tomada en mayo de 2013. Tonos muy suaves, hierbas, resinosos y pinos que se van diluyendo a medida que va calentando. Cuerpo medio. Bastante buena, para repetir sin duda.

From notes. Poured hazy orange, with a small off-white head. Cheese, foot, hops, yeast, honey, caramel, hints of tropical fruits in the aroma. Medium bodied with plenty of carbonation. Bitter, hoppy finish. allmyvinyl (10912) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - FEB 27, 2014
Famously named after the Euros Childs tune, from the excellent ’Bore Da’ album (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jfGnVmM1Bg4 the Warrior hop is much underrated for its aromatic properties, generally being used as a cheap bittering hop by the la(r)ger breweries. You know what though? It’s pretty good, in an orangey kinda way. WARRIOR!!!! WARRIOR!!!! (got it at Nina’s, Edinburgh) monoroc (49) - Zurich, SWITZERLAND - FEB 23, 2014
Pours cloudy copper color with a large off white head. Aroma is citrus, orange, malt with a bit of grass. Tasting malt, oranges, grass with a medium-strong, slowly spreading and long lasting bitterness. More bitter than the other IPAs from Mikkellers Single Hop Series, but quite good though. weark (853) - Morges, SWITZERLAND - JAN 22, 2014
Bottle from Erzbierschof / Dark amber color, massive off-white head / Aroma of fresh hops, citrusy, grapefruit and lemon / flavor is citrusy, malty, orange and grapefruit / Medium body, medium-strong bitterness, dry, good carbonation, long dry bitter grapefruit finish / good jamestulloch (4259) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - JAN 14, 2014
Bottle from Nina’s Mini Market. Murky amber body with a medium off-white head. Steady carbonation. Excellent lacing. Aroma of onion, caramel and blood orange. Flavour of orange, biscuit and wood. Biting bitterness. Medium body with an oily mouthfeel. Lively fizz. I think this hop’s flavour characteristics aren’t strong enough to carry a single-hopped beer. Nice bitterness though.
