Cloudy amber, wonderful mikkeller mouthfeel. Sweet citrus to raspberry with woody undertones. One of the best of the series.

Sampled as part of a hop education class. Very mild hop flavor, with mild bitterness. The beer itself has a nice malt backbone.

The beer is beautiful amber-colored with a fine creamy head. It smells fabulous fruity, with spicy and herbal hops in the background. Starts moderately bitter, fruity with lots of hops. The middle part is very herbal and fruity, this slightly more bitter. Goes into a very herbaceous and fruity hoppy finish! Amazing! Perfect IPA! BoltonDK (572) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - AUG 10, 2012

Love Willamette, the overall taste is really great. lawman357 (93) - Missouri, USA - SEP 9, 2012
Willamette hops... piney and herbal on the nose, this greenness expresses itself in the taste and palate with a little toast, crisp, dry and clean finish. BTW, this beer is quite good also.

Taste is mature fruit. Taste is more mature fruit over to mature melon. (From tasting of all Hop series Cardinal 11. March) KnutAlbert (6771) - Oslo, NORWAY - JUN 20, 2011
Dark gold. Peach aroma. Sweet fruit, over-ripe oragnes. Dryness in the finish, but the sugar also lingers. Full flavour, but this is a hop to use in moderation. BigMomma (251) - Leuven, BELGIUM - MAY 6, 2011

Amber color with a white head. The aroma is spicy with pine and some slight flowery notes. The flavor has a nice pine touch to it with a gentle fine bitterness and a dry spicy finish.

Bottle at home from Cask. Pours clear amber with bubbly beige gold head. Aroma is fruity and a bit earthy. Bit of orange fruity sweetness, like a tripel. Slightly floral and herbal too. Taste is fruity orange, alcohol warming, bit belgian yeasty, some citrus bitterness at end. Quite cereal malty. Not sure I could really pick this hop out in a beer as it doesn’t seem very distinctive, but a pretty nice beer all the same.
