Carbonatación media tirando a alta. Rica.

UPDATED: DEC 2, 2017 Drank 02-12 while writing. Nice IPA. Quite malty and fresh. Soft and body is medium to full.

This is a beer that is all the better for its weirdness. The fresh ginger adds a fresh bite that works beautifully with the natural spiciness from the hops. The pine needles basically disappear into the piney hop backdrop, but they make for a nice touch. If you want to feel like you're drinking your Christmas tree and gingerbread house at the same time, this is probably your best option.

Bottle from Pivný raj.
First day of snow apocalypse here so why not to drink one Christmas ale.
And I certainly have to admit that Christmas is much better period for beer than Halloween (God forbid pumpkins).
This certainly doesn't have a warning alcohol, but ginger plays well here. Also decent amount of hoppiness is just about right. Good that Christmas are back.

Bottled 330ml. -from Spicy Days Zagreb. Pale golden coloured, medium sized white head, pine needles in the nose. Sweet malty, pine needles, citrusy fruity, herbal hoppy and slightly spicy with notes of alcohol and without any trace of ginger. Bitter hoppy finish. Very good.

A fine hoppy christmas IPA to drink, relaxing, after the heavy christmas food
