Tap at Mikkeller and friends. Blackish with a large foamy creamy Brown head leading lacings. Perfect. Aroma is quite complex and very interesting. Part stout, part candy, part asian food. Candied Apple, and toffee, Earth And dusty chilli. Funky sweet berry and Wild fermentation. I like. Chocolate malty flavor, adequate amount of chili, light bitterness and again that light spontan note. Very Nice

Amazing. Finally someone pulled off this gimmicky chile beer style. Pours black with good head and lacing. Aromas of dark chocolate, smoked malt. Consistency thick and oily. Bitter aftertaste with some spice - just enough to make it nice. Chile chocolate. Bitterness lasts for a while. Average carbonation. Black in color with a tan head. Heavily roasted malt, big coffee, dark chocolate, and chili pepper. Not super spicy, actually. Earthy, smokey, and some ash. Tastes very roasty. Keg at CP&K. It pours near black with a thick tan head. The nose is light roast, spice, vegetal, cocoa and some fruit. The taste is upfront chilli, vegetal, pepper, roasted malt, coffee, light acidity, chocolate, charcoal, tanginess and some alcohol with a dry, warming finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Pretty spicy, but the chilli heat doesn’t persist. Much more drinkable than I expected.
