UPDATED: JAN 30, 2018 One of the best imperial IPA I've drank. Big punch of citrus in aroma. Lots of bitterness in taste, but well balanced too. Great stuff

0.33 l can from Svijet piva (World of Beer), Zagreb. Tasting session with Višnja 666 and Goran Pilot in summer of 2017. Hazy orange, small off-white head. Lightly to moderately hopped - citrus, orange, a touch of grass or herbs. Malts underneath. Light bitter, balanced towards the malty side. Medium body, moderate carbonation, light finish. Average.

Chmielarnia Twarda. Pite 12.03.2014. Oj, robiło wtedy wrażenie. W nosie sosnowo, owoce w grejpfrut i chyba karmel. Podobnie w smaku. Gorycz taka jakbym pił ekstrakt z chmielu.

W smaku mniej cytrusów, i białych owoców, tu dominują aromaty leśne i nieco ziemiste mam wrażenie. Wysycenie średnie, lekko kłujące, czuć moc, ale nie spirytus. Simcoe to imo jeden z fajniejszych chmieli nowofalowych i Duńczycy świetnie to pokazali.

Manslow (2000) - Warsaw, POLAND - OCT 25, 2017
Puszka pite w domu. Kolor zamglony pomarańczowy, piana kość słoniowa, ładna dobrze trzyma się szkła. Aromat to lekki karmel ale też owoce egzotyczne i mocne żywice. W smaku to samo orzeźwiające bardzo pijalne, super piwo.

14/20 really syrupy and boozy, long big taste. Certainly taste the alcohol.

330ml can pours a golden orange color with a finger of white head that leaves some nice lacing on the glass. Aroma is caramel with some pine and earthy tones. Taste is a pine and earthy hop bitterness with a caramel malty sweetness. Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Overall, a bold, flavorful brew that is balanced and highly recommended.

2.5
Mad Dog Martin (190) - - SEP 29, 2017
UPDATED: SEP 29, 2017 Ugly-looking can from Beer Hawk. Aroma is grassy hops and tropical fruits. Very cloudy and orange with a thick white head giving plenty of lacing. It’s floral and warming, like a spiced rum, orange-mocha and lychee juice cocktail! If you know what I mean. The more I drink it the less I like it, quite heavy going. Half a can would be plenty! Disappointing.
