Bottle shared in Salisbury pre stag weekend. Pours mostly clear gold with a big, foamy white head. Huge poopy brett nose, some citrus hops, diapers. Light to medium sweet flavour, lightly acidic, with soft lemon, lots of funk, ample poop. Medium bodied with average to lively carbonation. Dry in the finish, with buckets of brett, poop, some more citrus notes. The brett funk is very strong in this one. Fun stuff.

750ml looking bottle shared by Patrick. Hazy, unfiltered orange yellow body. Attractive steady white head. Great mouthfeel. The Brett tones work here. World class. Big juicy hops balance out the yeast. Really good.

Wow now that is a killer collaboration beer! The aroma is mainly grapefruit and some other fruits a little bit of mint yeast and malt. Color is a hazy Amber with a large foamy frothy off-white head and some lace. Flavor is like nose just the right amount of carbonation little more sweet than bitter and just enough tartness to make it perfect. Excellent finish. I could drink the hell out of this.

Bottle from Tanakaya shared at Mikkeller and Friends. Funky brett forward nose with good barnyard character and a touch of yogurt. Hay and grass with some lemon custard as it warms. Easy drinking with good carbonation. Booze is hidden so well. Dry finish with a touch of hops and funk. Great.
