From the bottle to glass. Yellowish, cloudy, pour, with lots of carb. and a fluffy egg white head. Not much lacing left on glass. Brett is dominant on the nose, slight hoppy aroma, and tropical fruits. Taste is bitter, funk, fruits, and slightly dry finish. Very easy drinking considering the alcohol %, and the brett. Overall not bad, but the price point is too high to drink again.

750 ml. bottle shared and poured to snifters after unassistedly blowing its cork. Displayed a cloudy, pink grapefruit juice look, with a frothy layer of soft white head foam, and thick ribbons of lacing. The aroma was yeasty funk, a bit of cattiness, and assertive citrus, mainly grapefruit. Medium bodied, with very seltzery effervescence, aggressive bitterness, and advanced dryness & astringency. Basically bold, with little subtlety. I liked it!

Bottle pours a slightly hazy golden with a large white head. Aroma reminds me of a hoppy diaper with Brett. Taste of Brett musk with dry resinous hops.

poura a hazy orange with a huge foamy white head. aroma has funky barnyard and band aid and leather. flavor is loaded with band aid and plastic...slight funk. mouthfeel is light/medium and the finish is dry and palsticy/band aidy.

Pours golden yellow with a large white head that slowly fades. Aroma is quite bretty, a bit of peaches, some barnyard, nice and funky all around with light fruit hints. Taste is funky, horseblanket brett notes, hay, peaches, floral hops, maybe some pepper, this reminds me of anchorage galaxy IPA(is this a white ipa?). Pretty awesome brew.

Murky deep amber beer, big pale cream coloured head. Palate is light with a minerally crisp bite. Very bretty! Seltzer minerals. Traces of salt and lactose milky sweetness. Underneath the sea of brett is mango and a trace of orange. Semi dry finish. Bit much with brett, but overall its good. Tangerine brett aftertaste.
