Bottle from Beergium. Aroma is bretty funk, spicy yeast, bready pale malt, fruits, with some peachy notes. Flavour is moderate sweet and light bitter with a mildly dry finish. Body is medium with fairly lively carbonation. This is quite alight!

Lemon and floral aroma. The taste is a little nuts, citrus, floral and slightly watery flavor. Okay bitterness that fills the mouth forever. OK beer. Follow me @ Kung av öl @ Facebook for more pictures and ratings.

Nagy, tartós hab, homályos borostyán szín. Kissé savas, citrusos beütésű belgian ale. Markánsan kesernyés, citrusos (brettes) ízvilág. Inkább az ipákhoz áll közelebb, mint a belgian alekhez. Igazából belgian ipának is hívhatnánk. Hosszú utóíze a korty folytatása. Közepesen testes. Nem igazán jött be.

Bottle at home. Hazy yellow colour, with a small white head. Nose of slight sourness with a hint of slight tart, and green apple. Taste is slight acidity, with a very strange, bitter, astringet mouthfeel. Meh.

Tap at Mikkeller Tokyo. Light horseblanket, citrus and pepper on the nose. Average carbonation with slightly earthy taste on the palate. Pithy bitterness on the finish, but not overly bitter. Pretty straightforward sessionable ale.

Draught at Mikkeller Tokyo. Lemony hops, mandarin, fairly light-bodied, mild earthy notes, gentle bitter finish. Not very Belgian, maybe better as a summer refresher.

Bottle. Aroma and taste of fresh citrus and sweet tropical fruits, honey maybe - but also and off-flavour of earth and wood from Brett. Exellent sourness and light bitter finish. Dry. Texture is watery and refreshing.

Pours a clear light yellow brew, with some lambic-like head. Smells like a Belgian pale ale, with its characteristic yeast, plus some feint funk, lime, lemon zest. The taste is something between a berliner weisse and an unblended lambic, watered down a few times. It’s alright for a warm summer day, I guess.
