Bottle. Pours dark copper/ruby with almost no head. Aroma is wild yeast, rotting fruit and wine. Taste is caramel, barnyard funk and a sweet fruity aftertaste. Palate is very crisp. Very complex but something slightly unpleasant in the yeast strain in both aroma and taste hold it back. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

[email protected] Orangeish amber colour with a small off-white head. Aroma is sweet malts, some yeast, mild white wine like "fruitiness" as well. Flavour is mild spices, some bitter floral notes along with some winelike notes as well as mild wood and some tartness. Somewhat dry palate.

UPDATED: SEP 30, 2016 Sampled from 0.375 l bottle. Clear, amber with an off-white head. Sweetish, malty aroma of caramel, honey, Belgian candy and some vanilla. Sweetish-malty, moderately yeasty-spicy taste of caramel, honey, vanilla, some white grapes and hints of oak, followed by a short, slightly bitter, moderately yeasty-spicy and a bit dry finish. Thin to medium body, slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Nice!

375ml bottle. Fast klare sehr dunkel goldene Farbe, mittelgroße stabile leicht beige schaumkrone. Geruch kräftig malzig, leicht säuerlich, rote Früchte, leicht oxidiert. Geschmack kräftig süß malzig, rote Beeren, leicht oxidiert, gut!

BOTTLE. Cloudy muddy brown pour with flat white head.. Sweet fruit cordial nose, white sugar, no booze or "beer" aroma to me!?.. Sweet toffee malt start disappears to a easy/thin quick finishing combo of sweet & semi bitter red berries.. Sourced RW

pictoman (1084) - British Columbia, CANADA - JUN 11, 2016
Poured from 375mL bottle [bottle date 15/04/16]. Reddish-orange brown with off-white-to-beige head, tiny bit of sediment. Aroma of white wine and sour brett. Taste of mild lychee and white wine, belgian yeast, subtle brett.

BlazerT (1080) - Sosnowiec, POLAND - APR 17, 2016
Bottle. Sensoric. Deep amber, medium hazy with medium, white, semi-densed head. Aroma again is funky, woody, basement, leather. Characteristic mild, sweet white wine barrel aromas broken by some apple and peachy sensations. Taste is semi-dry, little sour (acidic, probably because of lychee), nicely balanced by semi-sweet malty profile. Finish is acidic, brett and refreshing. In general very nice, refreshing, well balanced wild ale, definetely worth trying.

rouhlas (3584) - GREECE - MAR 17, 2016
375 ml bottle at Les Fleurs du Malt - le bar, Lyon. Clear orange amber color with off white head. Malty and yeasty aroma, herbal spicy, fruity, caramel, light wood and vinous. Sweet, light bitter and light acidic spicy taste. Light to medium oily body with soft carbonation.
