Orangeish amber colour with a small off-white head. Aroma is sweet malts, some yeast, mild white wine like "fruitiness" as well. Flavour is mild spices, some bitter floral notes along with some winelike notes as well as mild wood and some tartness. Somewhat dry palate.
Bottled at SBWF. Clear amber, rich head. Citric nose with sweat and barnyard. Medium bodied with soft mouthfeel. Very intense, lightly vinous with lots of citrus. Not subtle nor complexm but the flavour is really wonderful. Papsoe (25063) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - MAY 15, 2012
Bottle 37,5 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours an almost clear amber with a huge and frothy off-white head. Fairly sophisticated aroma, fruit - indistinctive - wood and Brett. Medium body, soft mouthfeel, slightly tart and Bretty again with the wood shining through. A little sulphur. The lychee is a fruit too subtle to really come through, but it’s quite an enjoyable beer. 150512 Travlr (24841) - Charlotte, North Carolina, USA - DEC 25, 2013

Very hazy dark amber beer. Massive dirty cream coloured head. Palate is light, semi dry and a little crispy. Minerals. Lightly sour - mild white wine sourness. Grape. The lychee is pretty subtle - just adds mild tang. Finishes smooth and semi dry.
