Pours a hazy orange copper colour with a white foamy head. Funky aroma of brett, dried apricot and some wood notes. Flavour of sweetish fruits, yeast, oak, brett, dried apricot, barnyard and some cherries. Medium bodied, dry mouthfeel and a dry, tart, white wine -like finish. Good, but nothing more or nothing less.

Sample at the Hopsnobbery Collective barrel-aged beer tasting on 8/11/12. Clear copper pour with a medium off-white head. Funky brett and sour nose with some malt and light fruit. Bretty and funky flavor with a bit of malt sweetness before a semi-dry finish.

Tastes appley, kind of putrid and almost like vomit but enjoyable. Interesting complex taste. Best fresh, loses flavor and tang. Cool bright orangey/yellow color.

Pours an odd murky brownish red with a huge fluffy beige head. Aroma is nice, smells tart, fruity, some cherries, nice funk to it. Taste isnt as good as the aroma led me to believe, some tart cherry notes, a bit of that horse blanket funk, note as sour as I was hoping just some tart notes, maybe some age will let the brett develop, dry finish, with some oaky notes and yes, a hint of wine. Not too bad but not worth 12 bucks

Pour a cloudy orange with an off-white head. Subtle tartness of lemon on the nose. Some white wine, a bit of Bretty funk, oak, and light spice notes. Light straw, some grass, and a definite barnyard as it warms. Light rubber band in there, too. The flavor is not bad. White wine, grass, Brett/barnyard funk, and spices. Some lactic tartness, a definite rubber band note, and a fairly heavy dose of tannins on the finish, making it very dry.

Sample at the Hopsnobbery Collective barrel-aged beer tasting on 08/11/2012. Orange-amber pour with a medium white head that recedes slowly to a film. Patches of lacing on the glass. Aroma of tropical fruits and malt. Medium body with a vinous character and notes of brett, citrus, yeast and malt. The finish is fruity with a woody yeast aftertaste. Pretty good overall.
