laiti (8505) - Tampere, FINLAND - AUG 25, 2012
37,5 cl bottle @ vPBF, BBE 06.11.2018
Aroma is somewhat sour and tart with earthy notes. Flavour is tart and somewhat sour with citron, some earthy notes and hints of orange. Palate is a bit too high on CO2. A bit too much white wine here, but sour and nice anyway.

TBone (17796) - Pori, FINLAND - AUG 25, 2012
Bottled 375ml (vPBF)
Clear amber color, small steady white head, lace. Bretta in the aroma, some apple cider too. Medium-bodied. Tartness, green apple, acidic apple. Light oaky notes. Lingering tart aftertaste. Nice.

lusikka (7819) - Tampere, FINLAND - AUG 25, 2012
375 ml bottle @ vPBF 2012.
Pours a hazy orange copper colour with a white foamy head. Funky aroma of brett, dried apricot and some wood notes. Flavour of sweetish fruits, yeast, oak, brett, dried apricot, barnyard and some cherries. Medium bodied, dry mouthfeel and a dry, tart, white wine -like finish. Good, but nothing more or nothing less.

JaBier (8132) - Capital City, Ohio, USA - AUG 21, 2012
Sample at the Hopsnobbery Collective barrel-aged beer tasting on 8/11/12. Clear copper pour with a medium off-white head. Funky brett and sour nose with some malt and light fruit. Bretty and funky flavor with a bit of malt sweetness before a semi-dry finish.

Tastes appley, kind of putrid and almost like vomit but enjoyable. Interesting complex taste. Best fresh, loses flavor and tang. Cool bright orangey/yellow color.

mikesaum (711) - Newark, Ohio, USA - AUG 18, 2012
Pours an odd murky brownish red with a huge fluffy beige head. Aroma is nice, smells tart, fruity, some cherries, nice funk to it. Taste isn’t as good as the aroma led me to believe, some tart cherry notes, a bit of that horse blanket funk, note as sour as I was hoping just some tart notes, maybe some age will let the brett develop, dry finish, with some oaky notes and yes, a hint of wine. Not too bad but not worth 12 bucks
