Bottled. A hazy dark amber beer with a huge lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of white wine, malt, and brettanomyces. The flavor is sweet with notes of brettanomyces, malt, caramel, wine, and yeast, leading to a dry finish. omhper (25547) - Tyresö, SWEDEN - JUL 12, 2011
Bottled. Hazy amber, rich firm head. Vinous grassy nose with some sweaty funkiness. Mid sweet with solid body and lightly spritzy mouthfeel. Some old hay and horseblanket, lightly vinous. Salty finish. Outstanding!

Pours golden copper with a thick though quickly dissipating head. Aroma is earthy, perfumey floral arrangement. Very nice, but slightly understated. Flavors of flowers and Belgian funk by the truckload. Bubbly with a spicey clove finish. Very interesting, I got the impression that it actually was alive.

Bottle: Poured a hazy yellow color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and some very good lacing. Aroma consists of sour notes with nice vinous feel and dry finish. Taste is a complex mix between some white wine notes and sour notes with a dry tart finish. Body is quite full with great carbonation and no apparent alcohol. Very well brewed with great complexity and great drinkability as well – somewhat reminiscent of Russian River. mikkopen (1191) - Guelph, Ontario, CANADA - JUN 24, 2011
750 ml bottle. Hazy amber colour, thick and creamy off-white head. The aroma is sweetish, with a variety of fruit elements, bretta, and floral hops. Dryish malty, fruity and spicy flavour. Aromatic and bitter finish. The carbonation is a little bland, at least in this bottle. Very tasty. DutchDrebus (6093) - Oirschot, NETHERLANDS - JUN 21, 2011
UPDATED: MAR 15, 2012 Hazy orange to brown colour, decent size off-white head. Smells sour, brettanomyces, white wine, fruity and some hops. Tastes like rubber, sourish, fresh, fruity, some white wine. Quite okay beer. Good carbo, medium body. pintbypint (3767) - Edmonton, Alberta, CANADA - JUN 17, 2011
375ml green bottle. Pours amber, big white, noisy head. A bit unclear. Light clinging foam on the glass. Bret nose, sourish. Flavour has dryish malt up front, big bret notes, straw, leather, lemon, ust a hint of wine-like tanginess . Finishes with light sour bret notes, woody-oaky, dry. Light spritzy mouthfeel, lots of fine bubbled carbonation. Great drinkability, does not have the feel of a 9%abv beer.
