Bottle 37,5 cl. Courtesy of Sahlholdt. Pours a deep warm amber with a slight haze and a neat white and lacing head with good retention. Initial aroma is sweet and fruity - almost tropical - with a funky twist. Solid body, again lots of fruit, Bretty freshness, somewhat leathery. The white wine barrel leaves a slight tartness and a rather sophisticated edge. Pale ales on white wine barrels - is that the new black? It certainly is delicious! 210211 omhper (24963) - Tyresö, SWEDEN - JUL 12, 2011

Bottle at ACBF. Hazy gold beer. tiny white head. Light sourish nose. Softish palate. Mild to mid sourness tickles your tastebuds. Trace amounts of minerals and a little white wine, tangy. Really light and tasty beer and a great sour for someone who generally struggles with them! Original rating 3.4.
