Draught at Mikkeller Bar, Copenhagen, as Jonge Lambic, listed at 5% abvMPA (999) - Amager (form. Nørrebro&Aalborg), DENMARK - FEB 22, 2014
Cloudy copper to light amber color, with small head but persistent lace. The aroma is reminiscent of mold, feet and manure, not truly Lambic; more liquid pork manure than cheese. It has nevertheless a good character of bitter oranges, with shadows of Brett, a balanced flavor, very light but pertinent residual sweetness, pleasing astringent character, all this I very interesting. It hasp had a respectable bitterness, with some fruity accents. Controversial but good.
Bottle. Amber with off white head. Aroma of apples,,berries and barn. Sweet, yet tart flavour. Nice beer. WASW (50) - - JUN 28, 2013
Pours into a bubble amber with little head to speak of. Very bitter yeasty aroma, some citrus to it. Light on the palate with a heavy bitter and sour element to it, quite effervescent.
