Tap @ the CBC dinner, 2012.
Pours clear golden with a small, creamy, white film head. Aroma has mild tartness, sweet malts, light oranges. Fairly lactic, only mild funk. Medium carbonation, thin and rather watery. Flavour is sweetish, light tart, brewing cereal, oranges, citrus. Not very good.

tap at cbc during dinner (reviewed from notes). Pours dark orange, no head. Aroma of lime and some exotic fruit. Slightly bitter and sour - does not make one think of lambic at all... But nice to drink.

Adenila (1560) - DENMARK - MAY 21, 2012
On tap at CBC, enjoyed with beerbiker and evil stepdad, served during the dinner, according to the chef, but since no one else has rated this, i might be wrong. Sleightly hazy golden/orange with a small white head. Sweet flowery nectar arom, light sourness aswell. Mild bitter flavor with a very fresh acidity and again mild nectar sweetness. Nice!

On tap. Hazy golden with a small white head. Nose is a little farty but othewise surprisingly beery. Light body, dry and surprisingly bitter - even a slight whiff of butter? - and only slughtly tart. More bitter than tart. Again surprisingly beery and carbonated for a Jonge lambik. 170512

Tap @ Copenhagen Beer Celebration. Served with dinner friday at 19.00. Pours golden with s offwhite head. Aroma is light grassy, peach, butter, soapy notes. Taste is dominated by butter, soapy notes, peach, light citrus, grapes. Thin body, soft carbonation. By no means Mikkeller standard, a missplaced keg maybe ? 110512 The half glass (5cl) that i cared to drink at saturdays dinner (19.00) was a little less buttery / soapy, but no notes from that one.
