On tap at Copenhagen Beer Celebration. Table beer served with dinner. Hazy amber beer, little white head. Light sourness. Mild dry lacto. Dry finish with a little citrus. Okay.
On tap. Hazy golden with a small white head. Nose is a little farty but othewise surprisingly beery. Light body, dry and surprisingly bitter - even a slight whiff of butter? - and only slughtly tart. More bitter than tart. Again surprisingly beery and carbonated for a Jonge lambik. 170512 Leighton (22555) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - JUL 8, 2012
Tap at Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2012. Pours shiney gold with a fine, white foam head. Light, sweaty pale malt nose with mild tangy citrus, some straw and lemony tang. Light sweet flavor, somewhat buttery, a bit of dough, soft tanginess. Light in body with fine carbonation. Mild sweet finish with some tangy bread. Faintly sweaty and buttery. Kind of odd, though the roughness evens out by the end. Rasmus40 (22071) - Beder, Aarhus, DENMARK - MAY 25, 2012
