Spero di trovare altri prodotti simili firmati Made in Denmark. Da provare!

(Bottle) Cloudy amber with very thin head. Pleasant aroma, green apples and hints of funk and maybe candy. Light body with plentiful carbonation. Refreshing green apple and citrus tart start, developing spicy, oak flavours and hints of earthiness and funk, leaving a long aftertaste with notes of peppery spice and tea. Young lambic is new to me, and I rather enjoyed it - very refreshing, but complex and challenging too.

Bottle: Poured a clear light golden color lambic with a large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of tart notes with some light green apple notes. Taste is also dominated by some tart notes with light woody notes and some very subtle acidic notes at the end. Body is light with good carbonation for style. Not as complex as some of the Belgian Lambic but still very enjoyable and very easy to drink.

A strange one, aroma of hops, orange , spic and spam. The taste is woody and also wood cleaner. Some ginger, drinkable. Thanks Tom.

375ml bottle, slight cloudy honey gold hue, with a bubbly white head, but falling quickly, with a faint wheat, pale malt, funky wild bretty yeast nose, with a lactic cheesy milky sourness, sour ripe green apple accent, with a faint doughy, dusty, earthy wet tea leaf note in the aroma follows through on a medium-bodied palate with a nice mild wild bretty yeasty, cheesy milk sourness, faint fruity sour ripe green apple, lemon juice acidic character, with a light rhubarb tartness, pale, wheat sour mash, wet woody oaky flavours, leading towards a light wet woody oakiness, wild yeast funkiness, cheesy, mould green apple sourness, juicy lemon acidic finish.

Bottle. Very slightly hazy gold pour with thin bubbly white head. Aroma is green, fresh funky aromas, sweat, brett, sour dough, wet grains. Taste is tart, not too sour, light bretty funkiness, still pretty malty. Palate is light, a bit undercarbed maybe, dry finish. Not super refined, but very refreshing, bright.
