Appearance: gushing at the beginning, later nice white head, hazy
Aroma: juicy, delicate brett notes (disappear later), fruity, passion fruit and strong sweetness. Later the sweetness seems to dominate other aromas and starts to resembling a bit cough syrup
Taste: sweet, medium high bitterness, delicate sourness, a bit fruity (passion fruit), full mouth feel

Bottle, 5%. Mild Bretty aroma. Cloudy yellow colour. Big stable white head. The flavour is Bretty and nicely funky. Quite dry. Has a good acidity, probably from the Brett as well as the hops. Nice funky finish.

Flaske fra Kihoskh, delt med skibsrederen ombord på Fridtjofen juni-17: lett uklar lys korngul med tårnhøjt fluffy skum som varer. God citrusaroma med brett, akkurat passe krydret. Saftig, skarp og samtidig rund smak med citrusfrukter, gjær, brett og myke florale toner. Deilig maltkropp med fornemmelse av hvete. Krydret ettersmak. 7-5-7-4-15.
