SlackerMads (3695) - DENMARK - FEB 27, 2018
Bottle. Light hazy yellow with a medium sized white head with ok retention, lace and regeneration. The aroma is fresh with elderflower and citrus, hay and light dry green plants. The flavour follows the aroma with elderflower, dry green plants, citrus, hay and light minerals. Light body, soft texture, mild sweet and mild to medium bitter with mild umami. Long floral finish. Not a typical wit, but pretty tasty and refreshing nonetheless.

DraftDodger (1898) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - DEC 23, 2017
Copenhagen 23/12 29017. 33 cl bottle from Meny. Sketchy drawing of naked woman doing strange things with a citrus on the label. Pours hazy pale yellow with bubbly white head. Settles as 0,5 cm thick layer of foam. Moderate lacing. Aroma is sweet fruity and generous. Exotic fruit, elder flower and a strong tart citric touch. Medium carbonation and soft slightly thick palate. Flavor is medium sweet nicely balanced by fruity tart bitterness. Aftertaste is sweet with strong citric notes. Very fresh Wit - makes me long for summer.

50 cl. bottle. Low and quickly disappearing white fluffy head. Pale yellow body. Mild lemon aroma and flavor with a nice hops bitterness, low carbonation and a long finish. Sorry mates but I could neither smell nor taste the elderflower.
