33cl bottle thanks to onkelgobber. Pours golden with a haze and a proportionate thin head. The nose has dried fruit, maybe orange peel, cake mixture and grain - typical saison. The taste has more of the orange fruit, grain and a fresh citrus finish. The palate is medium throughout with a nice clean finish. Overall, saison by numbers - great beer.

Semi haxy golden body, white head. Aroma has saison yeast, peppery, nice bouquet. Nice floury yeasty taste and some flowery notes with alcohol. Astringent. Good one.

Rune (11807) - Troms, NORWAY - JUN 4, 2012
330ml bottle bought at Kihoskh in Copenhagen and shared with Finn during a tasting session. Hazy golden body topped by a rocky, white head. Airy aroma of mid-sweet fruits added by spicy hints. Hoppy treat to the taste buds with spiced and fresh fruits alongside a touch of wheat-like malts. Rounded hop bitter ending. Oily palate. Medium bodied. Summer qualities (Troms, 30.05.2012).

0.33L bottle from Kihoskh, Kbenhavn. A fingerthick shiny white head, atop a deep yellow colored body. Nice smell reminiscent of bitter orange marmelade. Taste is sweet and citrussy with some acidity. Hint of honeyed pale malts and mild spices. Lively mouthfeel. Healthy body. Not bone dry, yet fresh and quenching.

Bottle at home. Almost clear pale yellow with a white head. Aroma light malty (caramel), light yeasty (acidic). Flavor light sweet and acidic. Light body.

Bottle looks interesting. Beer in the glass golden, small head. Almost neutral, modest fruity aroma. Starts mild, a bit grasy-moldy, modest dry. Finish again milder. Modest dry aftertaste. A bit boring.

330 ml bottle. Slightly unclear golden body with a medium white head. Aroma feels smooth malty and light spicy with hint of fruit. Flavor is quite sweet, soft malty, spicy, yeast and some citric fruit and moderate bitterness. Quite OK and drinkable, but a bit sweet and not to typical Saison.
