Vague hop smell, murky light brown colour. Taste is bitter cold coffee. For me the combo of hops and coffee is a bit weird. Not my cup of coffee ;)

Backlog, maybe my first coffee ipa i ever tried. Drank with Pat down the shore in 11. Clear golden pour with a small to medium head. Notes of pine, lemons, espresso grind, light pepper, malt, and dusty cocoa. Light bodied with a bitter finish. Very unique offering from these dudes Korcz (3390) - Warsaw, POLAND - APR 19, 2017

From the tap at Craftbeer Kontor Hannover, hazy amber with low head. Taste of herbal hops, pine. Taste is intense pine and herbal hops. Finish long bitterness. Good but I still search for the coffee...

Draft to taster from notes. Pours a hazy amber brown color with a medium sized off white head. The aroma and flavor have sweet malts, caramel, sticky citrus, earthy hops, coffee is very mild on the nose but stronger in the flavor, some floral notes as well. I am still trying to decide how I feel about coffee IPAs, but this seems fairly well done. Rask0lnikov (1526) - Tallinn, ESTONIA - MAY 19, 2016
On tap. Dark amber colour. Thin white head. Coffee, hints of fruits in the aroma. Hints of coffee beans, Hints of citrusses. Strong coffee taste in the end. Hints of cocoanibs and coffee in the aftertaste. Rather medium bodied, medium carbonated, quite interesting beer. I like the strong coffee taste, but it takes a bit from the essence of IPA. Otherwise quite drinkable. martjoobolut (5239) - Tallinn, ESTONIA - MAY 17, 2016
Tap (as Mikkeller Koppi IPA, 7.2% ABV, picture in the Estonian alko reg says its hopped with Tomahawk, so I assume this is the right version, despite the ABV difference). Pours dark amber brown. Aroma is coffee and hops. Flavor is sweet, coffee, hops, some fruits. Finish has more coffee. Overall: good coffee ipa. Slubgob (344) - West Hartford, USA - MAY 1, 2016
Coffee and ipa aren’t a combo I’d think of. It’s not as bad as I expected, but still not really doing it for me. Nose of coffee roast, don’t get any hops. In the mouth it comes off as more of an ipa, with dirty or vegetative undertones. Almost like an ale blended work per. Finishes with more roast. markextrae (4520) - Alingsås, SWEDEN, SWEDEN - APR 30, 2016
sample from bottle, new batch i believe, poured a darker amber colour with a slight off head. nose is sweet malts, citrus, coffee (weird), bitter grapefruit, zest, slight tart, veggies. bitter coffee aftertaste. don’t think it works very well together.
