Langerbro, Copenhagen – dark amber coloured pour with medium off-white head. Aroma and taste is a sweet malty and prominent hoppy, some subtle and well-judged coffee in there (not overpowering), just right, some nuances of dried fruit, very nice smooth mouthfeel, was sceptical but all in a very enjoyable brew this.
330ml bottle. Hazy orange amber color with off white head. Hoppy and malty aroma, citrusy fruity, piney, caramel, coffee notes, licorice. Sweet and bitter taste like aroma. Medium oily body with soft carbonation jzzbassman (1638) - Arlington, Texas, USA - JAN 11, 2014
Bottled. Pours gold haze with small head and oil slick. Aroma of pine and light coffee. Coffee at the end, well blended. glennmastrange (2897) - hobe sound, Florida, USA - AUG 20, 2013
Bottle. Moderate malt notes of roasted, nutty and faint mild coffee, moderate to heavy pine resin for the hops, light soap for the yeast with a mix of dried fruit in the background. Head is large, frothy, light beige with excellent crusty lacing and is fully lasting. Color is murky, then muddy on the last pour, medium orangey brown. Flavor starts slightly sweet and moderately acidic, then finishes lightly to moderately bitter. Palate is medium, a little slick with a lively to fizzy carbonation. Nice explosive IPA, if there is any coffee in here it’s way in the background. alexsdad06 (10580) - West Chester, Ohio, USA - AUG 16, 2013
Bottle shared by Tmoney99 (2011 notes). Pours a hazy amber color with a medium sized white head. The aroma and flavor have sweet malts, sticky citrus, earthy hops, coffee is very mild on the nose but stronger in the flavor, some floral notes as well. I am still trying to decide how I feel about coffee IPAs, but this seems fairly well done.

tap @ mikkeller and friends (only the bottled version is retired) . Mellow taste of coffee grounds and citrus with a hoppy bitter aftertaste. Weird combination but not unplesant, although i don’t think i will try this again. dalfaro86 (309) - Mexico City, MEXICO - APR 7, 2013

Cloudy brown beer with a massive pale tan - cream coloured head. Light dry palate. Mellow creamy coffee with mild lactose. Mild hops - tiny bit of orange. Semi dry finish. Nicely done - mellow but flavoursome coffee and hops. Does what it says on the tin.
Appearance is amber brown and hazy, foam is little. Aroma has roast, salty licorice, but little skanky. Taste has a lot of coffee and skanky, I didn’t feel the taste of the hops. Palate is medium. Overall I don’t understand why coffee and IPA are put together. Not in my taste at all.
