Flavor is sweet malty, some roasty notes with hints of licorice and cocoa dancing tete a tete with a heavy dose of fruity and light grassy hops. Dry bitter finish, easy drinkable.

(Bottle, Bishop’s Arms Folkungagatan, Stockholm) Black colour with lasting, frothy, beige head. Malty, hoppy nose with dark chocolate, liquorice, pine needles and dark rye bread. Malty, fruity taste with notes of roasted malt, coffee, dark chocolate, dried fruit, liquorice and a piney bitterness in the finish. More than medium body, with a certain sweetness. The expected piney bitterness is nicely balanced by a slightly surprising sweetish liquorice and malt character. Well balanced and really nice. sfhodense (4789) - Odense NØ, DENMARK - AUG 29, 2012
