ClassyBeagle (376) - New Jersey, USA - NOV 13, 2013
FROM NOTES: August 8, ’12
Poured on draft at The Trappist into a tulip.
A: Fruity, hoppy nose with citrus, grainy malt, dried apricots and fresh hops.
A: Poured a hazy orange with a small, dense, white head that dissipates into copious lacing.
T: Follows the nose with sweet malts and medium bitter in the mouth, with a strong fruity and semi dry finish. Very strong fruits in the aftertaste.
P: Medium body with a creamy texture, soft, light carbonation.
O: Very drinkable and refreshing, a nice APA. A little to much fruit taste in the finish for my tastes, but still a very good beer. DuffMan (10610) - the land of bitumen, beef & beer, Alberta, CANADA - JUL 21, 2013
Bottle, pre-RBAG 2013. Nice auburn colour, orange highlights. Toasty malt profile with moderate tropical fruit hop character and a moderately bitter finish. ErnieBall (4) - SWEDEN - JUL 4, 2013 does not count
A great fruity smell and a very nice balance between hops and bitterness. An explosion of taste when you drink this beer and the plesant taste stays long. One om the best tasting beers in 2013! Try it if you can! Holmen1 (6308) - Stavanger, NORWAY - JUL 3, 2013
Draught at Brew Dog, Glasgow. Pours dark honey, thin head, good lacing. Hoppy nose, good bitterness and balanced with slight carbonation. Nice way to spend the evening.

Bottle from Kihoskh, shared march 30th 2013. Hazy orange, lasting white head. Aroma of tropical fruit, grass, citrus zest. Taste is very dry , hoppy, grass and grapefruit, mango, no room for malt sweetness, with an enjoyable bitterness making this a very refreshing APA. chimpgibbon (557) - London, Bedfordshire, ENGLAND - JUN 15, 2013
Bottle from Greta Grog. Solid but not mind enhancing APA from my fav brewer. Mind nothing can come close to the red/white aged raspberry Monks Brew of earlier this week.
this smells better than it tastes. Not that the taste is bad, but the hops are middling and the funkyness is downplayed. There’s so many top drawer PA’s around that it takes that bit extra to get this reviewereer excited now! Leini (2076) - SWEDEN - JUN 9, 2013
330ml bottle. Cloudy copper body with a huge head. Fudge, mandarine, pine, mango. Quite fruity and not too bitter. berlinoise2go (689) - NORWAY - JUN 6, 2013
Bottle from Vinmonopolet (Storo), Oslo. Slightly hazy reddish amber colour. Half-inch offwhite head, reduces quite quickly, but leaves a steady ring with some lacing. Aroma of citrussy hops, grapefruit, sweat, pine, almonds, hint of caramel. Medium body, fizzy-soft carbonation. Dry, fruity-bitter taste with a mild acidity and a ’background’ sweetness. Lasting, pleasantly bitter aftertaste. Abrakarl (436) - SWEDEN - JUN 1, 2013
Nice apa smell but not totally fresh smell. Nice and Well made but nothing spectacular for a hoppy beer.
