Danish: k:rlek er en pale ale brygget med kærlighed til god øl. Forår/Sommer 2012 er brygget med følgende ingredienser: vand, malt (pale, cara-hell, pilsner, hvede), havreflager, humle (columbus, centennial, nelson sauvin, citra, simcoe) og gær.

English: Brewed with five types of hops (Columbus, Centennial, Nelson Sauvin, Citra and Simcoe), oat flakes, wheat and three different malts.

33cl bottle. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Fruity aroma with peach, mango, grapefruit, citrus, yeast with malt and spices. Lightly sweet with medium bitterness and light acidic. Fruity and refreshing wit lots of flavour. Dry, slightly bitter and citric finish. Quite long citrusy aftertaste. Very refreshing and a nice spring/summer beer!

draught @ The Rover. Pours slightly hazy golden with a small creamy white head that clings to the glass while dissipating leaving some lacing. Smell is tiny sweet, tiny sour, hoppy and fresh with grapefruit juice, apricots, unripe peaches and mango, pine, grass, gooseberries, unripe currants, lemon zest and passion fruit. Taste is tiny sweet, very bitter and tiny sour with red currants, lemon juice, orange peal, lemon zest, gooseberries, pine, grass, resin, pineapple, dill and lemon balm. Mouthfeel is oily bitter, clean, tiny tart and light bodied. Finish is bitter with grape zest, lemon zest, pine, grass and passion fruit.

Bottle. Cloudy orangey golden beer with a strong white head. The aroma is deeply hopped and dry, and the flavour is very, very well hopped with a kind of very dry bitter lemony feel at the finish. Bottle sample at a tasting at Ariel’s place. Thanks zvikar. Light amber-blond in colour, murky, white head. Hoppy, pine-green aroma, somewhat dry and bitter taste. Aftertaste of malt and hops, medium body, pleasant.
