Bottle from kvadrat. Hazy orange coloured with a huge but fast disappearing white head. Fruity aroma of grapes and white whine with notes of spices and oak. Fruity flavour of grapes and white wine with notes of spices and oak. Fruity finish of grapes. Still 2 bottles for storing, may come some good out of that

375 ml bottle. Slightly cloudy orange body with a thin off-white head. Aroma has some pale malt, citric fruit, grapes, sweet Sauternes wine and herbs but is dominated by oak. Flavor is sweetish malt, some fruity/grape sourness, herbs, matured grape, lots of oak and some bitterness. Medium body and a long aftertaste with all the mention flavors, specially oak. Interesting beer, but feels a bit messy and unbalanced with this dominant oak flavor in combination with rather light and smooth flavors.

Pyrmir (5763) - Uppsala, SWEDEN - APR 12, 2013
Bottle. Very hazy amber with good white head. Aroma of grain, malt, some yeast and floral hops, and moar grain. Taste is about the same, very grainy. I didnt think yeast choice quite fitted here

13,11,11,12,11,11 - 11,35 - 3/4

Golden yellow colour with a slight foamy head; sweet honey aromas; flavour is strong, malty and thick, with notes of sour and funky yeast.

Bottle at Volo
Aroma clean front, soft with semidry approach. Sadly it came with muted end. 6+
Appearance presentable , murky gold. Medium white top with some lace.3+
Flavor and Palate : Creamy in texture. Surprised by slight smoky hints. Carbonation dry. Play of dryness with soft body. Hint of smoke noted on top end as well. Enjoyable ale.

Bov (12273) - Bienne, SWITZERLAND - MAR 20, 2013
from Erzbierschof - pours a clear ruby-brown beer under a solid beige and slightly pinkish head; some sourish woody tones of grapes and berries; full-bodied and astringent; fresh yellow fruits; quite dry, creamy palate; long fruity and earthy gently spicy finish; some sweetness

Awesome. Cloudy blonde. Some lacing and some lasting head. Nice florals and some booze in aroma, but wonderful balance. Some hints of berries and orange as well. Very nice. Had at Mikkeller tasting even at volos. Thanks to Radek.

Pours generous head and leaves artistic lacing. A world of aromas, earth, fruit, a little yeast. Soft carbonation makes for a smooth mouthfeel, akin to an expensive white wine. Tropical fruit and delicate. Interesting and complex beer, thanks for sharing Liam.
