Shared bottle at local tasting. Pours light hazed straw colored with a tiny white head. Aroma of grapes, wood, complex and nice. Taste is initially fresh sweet grapes, complex, like 2 different experiences in one bottle, oak, yeast. Very good and well crafted beer.

Shared 375 ml bottle courtesy of neonwalk. Clear light golden with a short lived film. Nose is rich and complex. Grapes, barrel notes, honey and wild yeast. Spicy Belgo yeast, malts, wooden barrel tones. Fruity. Medium body. Grows in the mouth. Sigmund (7470) - Tau, NORWAY - DEC 21, 2012
Shared bottle at local tasting. Cloudy greyish yellow color. Nice aroma of oak, honey and Sauternes. Unusual and very interesting flavour, spicy and herbal notes, and distinct notes of the Sauternes oak barrel, mcberko (17825) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - DEC 11, 2012
375mL bottle, pours a hazy darker golden with a small white head. Nose is quite light, full of floral notes, various yeasts, and dry citrus peel. Flavour brings out a complex yeast profile, certainly some barnyard in there, some floral notes, some skunky vegetal herbal quality but not in a bad way. Very complex, with lively carbonation (perfectly suited for this), finishing on herbal, yeasty notes. Not quite a saison or a tripel, but also wouldn’t call this a B.S.A. Some bizarre experimental hybrid - not overly enjoyable, but not offensive either. Boutip (6374) - Gatineau, Quebec, CANADA - NOV 20, 2012
Bottle: Poured a hazy golden color ale with a large foamy head with medium retention and minimal lacing. Aroma of medium sweet malt with dry hoppy notes and some light vinous notes is pretty intense and unique. Taste is a unique mix between some dry white wine notes with light floral hoppy notes with a touch of herbs and some lightly sweet malt. Body is pretty full with medium carbonation and no apparent alcohol. Unique mix between the ingredients. I think I would have preferred a bit more vinous notes with less of the herbal components.

Bottle from Vika enjoyed at homedimenhetfield (2486) - , Florida, USA - OCT 21, 2012
Copper hazy, beige head. Smells of honey, belgian yeast, malts and spices. Taste is almost heavy sweet, quite fruity, honey and some perfume. The perfume part makes the mouthfeel pretty bad actually. Medium biter finish. Not all that interesting really. For me this is just an overpriced beer that luckily ends up OK.
Bottle shared amongst friends for my "Massive Mikkeller" tasting. Aroma was a tad fruity with lingering hints of spice. Not really sure how I’d label this one because I was expecting a dark beer but this was pretty light and very drinkable. A very different beer and damn tasty and worth the hunt. Sample @ SBWF 12. Cloudy orange colour with an off-white head. Aroma of fruit, apple, citrus. Flavour is hard to describe. Tastes a lot like white wine. Very different beer taste. Yeasty, sweet grape, sweet white wine, sweet berries. ColinStronge (14) - Munlochy, SCOTLAND - SEP 30, 2012
Bottle at the Anderson, Fortrose, cheers Jim! Very odd. Passion fruit adn mango enormous on the nose but with a long dry finish in the mouth. Very interesting mix of flavours though not really my thing. Bit of a desert beer Arve_Christian (5143) - Oslo, NORWAY - SEP 18, 2012
