Bottle 37,5 cl. Courtesy of Pinball. Pours a cloudy and almost murky golden with a dense and lacing off-white head. The nose is sweet fruity with a little yeast and a very refined and subtle barrel touch. Rich body, sweet fruit, a little yeast and then amazingly sophisticated almost candy-like Sauternes notes. No bitterness. Yummy indeed. The barrel really does it all here. 131011 madmitch76 (24791) - , Essex, ENGLAND - JAN 27, 2013

Very hazy amber - brown beer. Good white head. Light palate, dry and airy. Milky sweet malt with minerals. Trace of caramel. Sweet floral notes. Tiny bit of peach syrup before the dry finish. Slightly odd but pleasant enough.
UPDATED: APR 19, 2013 Draft at BBF 2011 courtesy of Mikkel’s crew, thanks guys! This one had too much vinegar for my taste, although the fruitiness almost balanced it. 3.0
