330 ml bottle into lager glass, best before 6/4/2017. Pours slightly hazy golden yellow color with a 1 finger dense and rocky off white head with great retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lasts. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings down the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Awesome appearance. Aromas of big lemon, lime, coriander, peppercorn, cracker, bread, light smoke, floral, and herbal/grassy earthiness. Very nice aromas with good balance of pale malt, peppercorn, and earthy hop notes; with great strength. Taste of big lemon, lime, coriander, peppercorn, cracker, bread, light smoke, floral, and herbal/grassy earthiness. Moderate herbal/spicy bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of lemon, lime, coriander, peppercorn, cracker, bread, light smoke, floral, and herbal/grassy earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Damn nice robustness and balance of pale malt, peppercorn, and earthy hop flavors; with a great malt/bitterness balance and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Good amount of dryness from hop/spice bitterness as well. Medium carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, crisp, and lightly grainy/sticky balanced mouthfeel that is nice. Very clean on lager flavors with zero yeast ester notes presence. Alcohol is very well hidden with zero warming present after the finish as espected of 4.5%. Overall this is a damn nice spiced German pilsner style! All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of pale malt, peppercorn, and earthy hop flavors; and very smooth, crisp, and clean to drink. The peppercorns blended really well with the noble hop character that is traditional for the style. A very enjoyable offering.

Bottle. Poured a hazy golden color with an average to large frothy white head that was lasting and produced excellent lacing. Moderate complex lemongrass aroma. Medium body with a dry slick texture and soft carbonation. Moderate green peppercorn bittersweet flavor with with a moderate bittersweet finish of moderate duration. This is a complex beer.

Bottle at home from Brewdog online, split with Sarah. Aroma is Belgian wit yeast, pithy lime and orange peel. Some doughy wheaty grains on the nose as well. Light haze golden orange coloured pour with a lasting thin white head. Flavour is crisp wheaty grains, star anise, orange peel, and a little bit of lime citerus. A bit of peppery clove flavour as well. Palate is semi crisp, wheaty and moderate to high carbonation. Pretty clean Belgian wit. Interesting and very refreshing beer.

Aroma: Grassy hoppy aroma Appearance: Cloudy golden color with thin white head Taste: Crisp palate, flavors of lemon and fresh hops with a slight peppery finish Overall: Interesting concept but a rather unremarkable execution. Still a pleasant easy drinking bear.
