Bottle @ Christian Firtal, Odense. It looks black-ish, but in reality I think its very dark red-brown colored with a medium sized beige head. Complex aroma of raspberry, red and white wine as the label says. Flavor also has raspberry, wood, slightly tart, a bit dry and also clearly red and white wine. This is a very successful brew imo. Very balanced, very nice.

Bottled. Poured murky brown with a short-lived head. The aroma picked up lots of raspberries with fruity backing. The flavor found tart raspberry seeds upfront with bread and honeyed notes backing.. slicy and a bit hot on the finish with more vinous notes. Medium-bodied with low-ish carbonation on the palate.. a bit on the syrupy side.. aiight.

UPDATED: AUG 25, 2013 Brown to red pour with a dirty brown head. Winey aroma with tons of raspberry quite sweet. For whatever reason my first rating got cut off so Im updating. the scoring, but the details have been lost...

Dark brown/reddish pour with aroma of fruity cherries and raspberries. There is a definite wine character, as well as some tart. Pretty damn tasty.

Des notes chocolats, caramel brl, framboises et une bonne vague lactique pour enrober le tout...Un vritable sour sipper.

From bottle Bought in Riga. Nice head, could have been a bit thicker. Looks like a Quad, smells like rasberryes, and not the artificial kind, but the natural lovely smelling ones. A little bit of alcohol on the nose. The taste is rasberry, a bit sour, and a little bit of roasted caramell and alcohol. I would buy it again!

375 ml bottle poured a clear reddish brown with a small lingering tan head. Aromas of toffee, tobacco, raspberry and light vinous notes. Palate was light bodied and crisp with a dry tart finish. Flavors of raspberry, toffee, light vinous notes and light earthiness with a crisp dry tart lingering raspberry finish.

Wow! Deep ruby pour with an effervescent tan head. Aroma is raspberries, tart cherries, vinous. Lots of raspberries. Flavor is similar. Raspberries give way to wine and oak. Huge layers. Amazing beer.

Deep red brown with zero head. Aroma is full on raspberries. Some light sourness riding across jammy summer fruits. Petty good. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

A dark brown with plenty of creamy head. The nose is amazingly fragrant raspberries with some dryness to it. Fresh and light, a little tart, with lilting sourness and sweetness. Some base woody notes and mellow plum jam character. The finish is smooth with some real potency that I would hesitate to call bitterness, that makes my tongue curl up at the back. Amazingly drinkable and light at 10%.
