Dark brown/reddish pour with aroma of fruity cherries and raspberries. There is a definite wine character, as well as some tart. Pretty damn tasty.

Des notes chocolats, caramel brl, framboises et une bonne vague lactique pour enrober le tout...Un vritable sour sipper.

From bottle Bought in Riga. Nice head, could have been a bit thicker. Looks like a Quad, smells like rasberryes, and not the artificial kind, but the natural lovely smelling ones. A little bit of alcohol on the nose. The taste is rasberry, a bit sour, and a little bit of roasted caramell and alcohol. I would buy it again!

375 ml bottle poured a clear reddish brown with a small lingering tan head. Aromas of toffee, tobacco, raspberry and light vinous notes. Palate was light bodied and crisp with a dry tart finish. Flavors of raspberry, toffee, light vinous notes and light earthiness with a crisp dry tart lingering raspberry finish.

Wow! Deep ruby pour with an effervescent tan head. Aroma is raspberries, tart cherries, vinous. Lots of raspberries. Flavor is similar. Raspberries give way to wine and oak. Huge layers. Amazing beer.

Deep red brown with zero head. Aroma is full on raspberries. Some light sourness riding across jammy summer fruits. Petty good. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

A dark brown with plenty of creamy head. The nose is amazingly fragrant raspberries with some dryness to it. Fresh and light, a little tart, with lilting sourness and sweetness. Some base woody notes and mellow plum jam character. The finish is smooth with some real potency that I would hesitate to call bitterness, that makes my tongue curl up at the back. Amazingly drinkable and light at 10%.

Pours mahogany into a tulip. Tan head with medium retention recedes to skim surface. Caramel, raspberry and oak aromas. Dark pit fruit and chocolate upfront turning to oak before the lasting tart chocolate-covered raspberry finish.

Bottle. Pours opaque brown with a large tan head that has long staying power and leaves nice lacing. Aroma is obvious raspberry with some woody and vinaceous notes as well. Flavor is medium sweet, raspberry, wood, wine all play a role. There is some lactic tartness present as well, which becomes more prominent toward the finish as the sweetness drys out. The raspberries dominate the rest of the quad notes one would expect, but if you ignore the style it is actually a pretty tasty beer.
