Dark brown. Beety nose. Balanced and quite nice, but flavours are rather unusual. Oaky. rjkreid (191) - SCOTLAND - AUG 3, 2012
Ruby colour. Excellent nose with a big slab of wood aromas and a spicy note. However bark is better than bite. A bit lacking in depth and flavour is washed out by the wood. JohnRMurdoch (4869) - Glasgow, SCOTLAND - JUL 26, 2012
Keg @ BrewDog Glasgow. 10.4% abv. Unusual sour fruity aroma. Very dark brown colour, not much head. complex cherry / probably cranberry flavour. Sour lingering aftertaste. Not my sort of beer. AdamLawsonS (26) - - MAR 16, 2012
Deep, deep burgandy with little white, pinkish head. Strong sweet dark fruit smell and cranberries of course. Real sour taste with lots of the berry, some sweetness too. Nice Mortlach (2347) - Rome, ITALY - FEB 21, 2012
19/07/2011 Brasserie 4:20 (tap).

On tap at the Camden Brewdog. Cloudy red brown beer, little pale tan head. Light palate, semi dry. A little raw pale malt. Dark pruney like sourness with cranberry tartness. Pretty intense. Semi dry finish with a lingering sour aftertaste. Okay.
Keg at BrewDog bar, Camden. It pours dark red-brown, with a thin tan head. The nose is caramel, chocolate, tart cranberry, treacle and toffee. The taste is sweet and sour - caramel, lots of tart cranberry, balsamic vinegar, wood, tangy dark fruit and alcohol warmth, with quite a clean finish. Medium body, fine carbonation and surprisingly well balanced. Really good. shoulderbroken (4255) - Tokyo, JAPAN - JAN 28, 2012
Keg at Brewdog Camden. Warm brown chocolate colour with little golden head round the side of the glass. Aroma is packed with cranberries, bit of chocolate but very fruity. Lots of boozy richness in there too. Taste is sweet and sour at the same time. Lots of malty sweetness, but with the dry and tart cranberry. Maybe a bit of cherry too. Finish is very dry, with a slight medicinal/herbal element. Little bit of a fizz in the mouth as you drink it. Really lovely beer. cgarvieuk (24488) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - DEC 13, 2011
tap at brewdog ... deep black .. thin tan lacing ... deep rich malts and heavy fruity ... almost westvletern in nose ... dark malts .... big chocolate ... huge cranberry ... big sharp almost balsamic linger ... TheCametron (2480) - CZECH REPUBLIC - DEC 12, 2011
Keg at Brewdog. Jammy colour. Blackcurrant. A very strange flavour. Very fruity. Cranberry juice vibe. Sour and sweet. Very juicy. So tart. Delicious.
