Deep light muddy brown with a small, staying, frothy, beige head. Nice lacings. Aroma is light tart, nuts, plums, grapes, vinious, red wine, some leathery notes. Red apple zest. Medium carbonation, lovely dry and creamy palate. Flavour has lots of definite red wine, sweet plums and raisins, vinious, mild tartness and with a good bretty dry character to the finish. Really a very lovely drink.
Bottle @ ACBF ’11. Aroma is brett with a faint touch of caramel and roasted malt. Flavour is light sweet malt, lavished with brett, yet in a very subtle and smooth way. Camons (13407) - Hasselager, DENMARK - MAY 14, 2011

Pours dark brown with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of brett, oak, malt, spices and sour berries. Taste is medium sweet and light bitter with a dry finish. Body is full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.
Bottle, 375ml, courtesy of meilby. It pours an unclear, dark ruby to brown body and a dense, finger-thick off-white to beige head. Oaked, red wine-ish, brett-aroma with dried fruits, dark berry notes, some alcohol and a touch of white sugar. Quite complex. It has a good warmth in the mouth, it’s full-bodied and pleasantly carbonated. A touch of metal in the far end. The brett and barrels sure win the flavor combat, there’s not much left of the original beer, except for the alcohol. Even though it’s quite dry, there’s a good dash of residual sweetness to be found. Sort of peppery too in the very end. Well, this one’s a clash of worlds, but it’s also a damn fine one, in a way combining the red sour beers of Flandern with the sweet quadrupels the monks brew. Lovely, but demanding. 110420 Geokkjer (7654) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - APR 20, 2011

ACBF. Clear dark red brown beer. No real head. Softish palate, a little dry. Funky mildly sour brett with some raspberry like sour tartness. Finishes dry.
From bottle at ACBF 2011. Dark brown in the glass, small head. Starts fruity malty, also quite sourish. Wonderful fruity-berry notes. Well balanced finish with sourish notes of lemon, also warming finish. I liked it! Holy (897) - GERMANY - MAR 25, 2011
@ACBF 2011. Flavors of dark fruits, slightly sour with overtones of brett. Nice.
