/10/11/11//11 Theydon_Bois (20922) - Hazlemere, the lower Xhitlerns, Buckinghamshire, ENGLAND - FEB 23, 2014

375mL bottle, pours a murky dark amber brown with a medium tan head. Aroma brings out red wine barrels, noticeable brett, some dark fruits and a little candied sugar. Flavour brings out brett and red wine barrels upfront, caramel malts, and dark fruits. The brett gives it quite a wild character that surprisingly works well with the vinous and typically quad notes. Great stuff. rlgk (18844) - Göteborg, SWEDEN - FEB 11, 2012
