Bottle shared in London for Josh’s farewell tasting. Thanks to Josh himself for this one. Pours hazy brown with a creamy beige head. Lots of lightly tart fruits in the nose, berries, wood. Medium sweet flavor with a bit of woody alcohol, bread, mildly tart fruits, ripe citrus, faint toffee. Full bodied with fine carbonation. Koelschtrinker (21831) - K?ln (Cologne), GERMANY - JUN 3, 2011
/10/11/11//11

mcberko (19183) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - APR 25, 2013
375mL bottle, pours a murky dark amber brown with a medium tan head. Aroma brings out red wine barrels, noticeable brett, some dark fruits and a little candied sugar. Flavour brings out brett and red wine barrels upfront, caramel malts, and dark fruits. The brett gives it quite a wild character that surprisingly works well with the vinous and typically quad notes. Great stuff.
