Bottle, bought @ Ølbutikken, Cph.
Deep light muddy brown with a small, staying, frothy, beige head. Nice lacings. Aroma is light tart, nuts, plums, grapes, vinious, red wine, some leathery notes. Red apple zest. Medium carbonation, lovely dry and creamy palate. Flavour has lots of definite red wine, sweet plums and raisins, vinious, mild tartness and with a good bretty dry character to the finish. Really a very lovely drink.

Sharp, fruity aroma, as of cranberries, and bit of old cheese. Color is chuck, dark chocolate; opaque. Warm in the mouth; disappears quickly. Sour and not too thick.

Thanks to Bill for sharing. Dark brown pour whispy small tan head avg lacing. Lots of dry wood notes a good amount of funky leather some red wine under that some sweet caramel malts. Avg palate. First taste an odd mix of sweet caramel and a super dry finish aftertaste of dry oak. Some light leather. Really smooth and well blended the alcohol is basically invisible. Good stuff.

Bottle @ ACBF 2011. Dark amber coloured. Unclear. Dense light brown head. Aroma of souerness, grape, vanilla, ripe fruits and vague caramel. Flavour as well is full of sourness. Has ripe fruits, caramel, vague yeast and some vanilla. Medium to full bodied. Ends on a grapy sourness with notes of fruits. Very nice.

From bottle at ACBF 2011. Dark brown in the glass, small head. Starts fruity malty, also quite sourish. Wonderful fruity-berry notes. Well balanced finish with sourish notes of lemon, also warming finish. I liked it!

Bottle 37,5 cl. Courtesy of Pinball. Pours an almost clear reddish brown with a creamy beige head. Sweet rotten fruit in the nose combined with farty Brett and a slight tartness. Medium body, sweet woody fruitiness, minerals, overripe swwet fruits "noble rot", some Sherry. No real bitterness but a slight Bretty tartness. Very sophisticated, very pleasant. 130711

Bottle. The bottom of which pours to a disgustingly murky deep brown body. The regular pour looks like a nice quad. Funky brett and red wine infused quad. The taste is red wine and funky quad with lots of caramel and deep yeasts. Creamy velvety body with a very well hidden alcohol.

Deep reddish black, thin off-white head. Interesting and strange nose - overripe cherries, balsamic vinegar, hint of manure, tart raspberry, green apples. great
