@ ACBF 2011. The aroma has red wine, dried fruits, some cherries, maltiness. Dark red-brown coloured beer with not much head. The taste is a bit sourish, winey, quite fruity (red & dried fruits). Bit carbonated. Nice. Palme (4812) - Bergen, NORWAY - OCT 3, 2011
0.375l bottle from BrewDog web shop. This one pours a dark hazy brown body with a small light sidesticking and light brown head. The aroma has some light sour and tart notes with lots of wood, some nuts, red fruits, it’s vinious and has hints of both chocolate, caramel and cocoa. Average to lively carbonation, medium to full-bodied and it has a smooth and quite gentle oily mouthfeel. Flavors are much the same as the aroma; wood, acidic almost vinegar-acidic tones with some caramel, dried red fruits and it’s quite vinious. Ends warming with a nice little alcohol burn - almost heart burning actually - int the aftertaste. Extremely light drinkable and quite nice stuff! Need to try some more of this if I get the chance. Sampled from bottle at Borefts Beer Festival @ De Molen, Bodegraven. Nice color when held into the light: dark brown with a dark red glow coming through. Smell sour and lightly vinegar. Taste sour but soft. Nice carbonation, medium body. bierkoning (13451) - La Tropica/Doarp, NETHERLANDS - SEP 28, 2011
From bottle @ BBF 2011. Purple color. Barolo wine and gorgonzola in the aroma. Very tart with caramelly Rodenbach-like flavor. Cherry and marzipan, leather. Oaky. Thin but intense .

Hazy brown with a small creamy head. The aroma was really special. red berries, some alcohol wood and red wine. The taste was also quite special, a lot of toffee, wood, brett and red wine. An interesting beer but not the best one from Mikkeller.

Tap at the Craft Beer Co., London. Pours dark brown with a foamy head. Cidery nose, some berries and other fruits. Flavor is sweet and extremely sour. Makes one go weak in the knees. Tasty. Refreshing. Light warming finish, lingering tartness, some sweet malts. Good stuff. yngwie (17102) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - JUL 8, 2011
Bottle, 375ml, courtesy of Meilby. A clear-looking, reddish brown beer with a small, beige head. Rather acidic on the nose, with dried fruits and alcohol. A bit one dimensional. Flavorwise it’s much the same, it’s nice indeed, but it lacks complexity, meaning it feels one dimensional. There’s lots of vinegarish acidity, as well as dried fruits, some sweetness and alcohol. A quite nice one, dangerously easy drinkable. 110708 Geokkjer (7642) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - JUL 8, 2011
