UPDATED: MAR 1, 2018 100 ml draft in a tulip glass at Tacochela by Mikkeller. Appearance is an almost clear rich honey golden tone, with a little white froth. Aromas are incredibly funky, farmhouse Brett, over sour. Taste is a rich mix of light booziness, Brett sting, tart sour and wine and grapes on oak. A little bitter at the start, but dryness is overwhelmed by other flavours Hopmaestro (1882) - Örebro, SWEDEN - JAN 2, 2018
Aroma carries malt and caramel with a hefty dose of white wine, grapes and damp wood. Taste is a lot heavier than I expected, with quite large malt amounts. Orange peels and white wine where the orange peel takes over completely in the end. A light funky sourness with lemon-like tartness and that Chardonnay aura makes this one a good substitute for Champagne. Everything alright in the end, but still a little too bitter

Bottle share at Mon Petit Cafe Stuttgart. Aroma is pine tree, oak, grape skins. Slightly tart, full bodied, sweet, great balance, very fresh feeling. Awesome oaky finish. patricks110 (2879) - Alberta, CANADA - NOV 23, 2017
Holy shit this is incredible. Pour is a bright golden straw colour, steady carbonation, a puffy off white head. The nose is funky, tons of brett notes, grainy, straw and farmhouse notes. Big citrus and fruity hop notes. Bone dry profile; tons of dirty, funky brett notes, moderate oak presence, earthy, grainy. The finish is mildly bitter, bone dry, lingering brett notes, ripe fruit notes. Fules (1500) - Gyöngyös, HUNGARY - NOV 11, 2017
Közepes, örökké tartó piszkosfehér hab, rezesbe hajló borostyán szín. Illata fűszeres, enyhén savanykás fehérboros, némi hordós beütéssel. Fűszeres, picit savanykás fehérboros, fanyar hordós, vaníliás ízvilág, szőlős, egres beütéssel. Közepesen testes, közepesen szénsavas, enyhén keserű. Csodás sör, intenzív ízvilággal, és nagyszerű egyensúllyal.

330ml can from hopburnsblack.co.uk. Amber colour with large off-white head. Funky white grapes, barnyard funk, slight tartness, musty wild yeast, Brett, white wine barrel, damp grains, Belgian yeast, light pine resin hops, light herbal, light lavender, light pine nuts, like some tripel / BSA / wild sour fusion. Delicious. dnicolaescu (2818) - Chișinău, MOLDOVA - OCT 27, 2017
CAN 33 CL as Nelson Sauvin Brut Chardonnay BA. Almost clear dark amber, creamy beige head. The aroma truly wonderful, wild notes, green fruit, ripe rosehip, sweet white grapes and vanilla, good quality berry flavoured black tea. The taste is not that dry (given the Brut designation), quite malty and rich, caramelized pale stone fruit and ripe sweet white grapes, strong yet smooth oaky woody bitterness. Rich and creamy body. Excellent.
