COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Danish: Brygget af basismalt og under msknngen og gringen tilsat enzymer for at opn en s hj forgrbarhed som overhovedet muligt. Til bde bitter-, smags- og aromahumle er brugt den New Zealandske humlesort Nelson Sauvin som er opkaldt efter sine druekarakterer, der bringer minder til den New Zealandske hvidvinsdrue Sauvignon Blanc. Af gr er benyttet bde champagnegr og brettanomyces og pga. enzymerne er llen gret meget langt ned og dermed er slutresultatet en meget tr l. Efter endt gring har llen ligget 5 mneder p hvidvinsfade fra strigske Weingut Kollwentz og opnet yderligere karakter. Til slut er den flasket p 750 ml champagneflasker med et ekstra hjt CO2 indhold.

English: Nelson Sauvignon is a New Year beer it is fermented with ale yeast, brettanomyces and enzymes. Then it has been aged three months in Austrian white wine casks. Very dry, very vinous and very delicious.

Pours a cloudy dark orange brew with a big white head with regular retention, aroma is moderate sweet and moderate acidic with notes of sour fruits, citrics, bret and caramel, mdium bodied, favor is moderate sweet, moderste bitter and moderate acidic with notes of sour fruits, bret, citrics and caramel, bittersweet and acidic finish, complex.

Pours cloudy brown. Lots of brett but very well balanced and palatable. Nice lacing and head. Finsihes trademark sour and bitter. Nelson hops comes in great here for awesome mix. No single taste stands out here because its so well-balanced. Tasting at volos thanks to Americo.

Bottle sampling at Bar Volo. A malt liquor with lots of fruitiness. Good drinkability. Peachy coloured body with a little head and lace. A big bold taste, full mouthfeel. Sour fruit aroma. A worthwhile big beer to try.

Bottle from the generous Black IPA. Pours a clear amber color with a soapy white head and active carbonation. Aroma is citrusy hops and loads of eartiness. Taste is sweet with some candied sugar, vinous notes and strong earthy notes. Medium bodied and dry. Alcohol is well hidden. Good stuff.

Bottle. Pours dark, cloudy amber with thick, frothy off-white head; good retention and some lacing. Aroma is cookie and cereal malt, spicy and floral hops, figs, belgian yeast, grapes, and light oak. Flavor is white wine, sweet malts, floral hops (light bitterness), and dark fruit esters; dry finish with a touch of oak. Medium body and carbonation.

Bottle. Pours mostly clear amber with a medium, frothy white head, short retention with excellent lacing. Aroma is farmhouse Brettanomyces, citrus, floral, and spicy hops, mango and passion fruit esters with grape must, oak, and biscuit and cookie malt. Flavor is vinous, oak, and farmhouse Bretty notes with sweet malt, medium hops and bitterness with a dry finish. Medium-full body and medium carbonation.

Pours a hazy golden orange color with three fingers of sticky eggshell foam. The nose is very vinous with lots of barrel character, brett, grass, pine. On the palate its a lot of the same with nice complexity. Ripe grapefruit, touch of acidity, fresh grass, honeyed malts and a bit of horse blanket funk to round out the palate. Nice beer.
