Light orange color, huge white head. Aroma of passion fruit, citrus, flowers, orange, clementine, pine apple. Taste is light sweet with fruity flavors. Light body, creamy texture, soft to average carbonation. Really good work from Mikkeller for Noma, no aftertaste , clean palate perfect for the purpose. tommann (3718) - Dudley, West Midlands, ENGLAND - DEC 15, 2012

37,5cl bottle many thanks to Dirk N., aroma of co2, yeasty, hops, spicy hints. Rich frotty head, good lacing. color yellow golden. Taste is soft bitter, hints of citrus, malty aftertaste. A very well balanced Ale! Reminds me of a Duvel.. SlackerMads (3360) - DENMARK - MAR 26, 2013

Tasted from 0.375l bottle @ Noma, Copenhagen. Served in a fantastic looking thin champagne glass. It just looks fantastic in this glass; Hazy blurry saison-looking orangish one with a enormou,s fluffy and everlasting white head that’s sticking heavily to the sides of the glass. The aroma also smells like a fantastic saison; It has this mild typical Belgian yeasty touch, leafs, something sweet clementine-zesty and hints of hay and white sugar. It’s average carbonated with a lovely silky and oily mouthfeel. It also tastes much like a good saison actually; medium to light Belgian-yeasty, it’s sweet without being sweet, has a fresh clementine/orange flavor and it ends with a hint of alcohol and grassy-spices. I really liked this (could be the setting and the mood playing in here, but I liked it a lot!) 07.01.2012 77ships (9698) - Antwerpen, BELGIUM - JAN 11, 2013
375 ml. green typical Mikkeller bottle – purchased @ Hopduvel. Brewed originally exclusively for Noma – allegedly the best restaurant in the world - now apparently available for retail. I previously tried Pontus before from the two Noma beers now available & was highly exited about that one, so looking forward. Cool label. Much like the previous beer this pours a perfected version of what most people would call a beer, clear beautiful radiant golden with an incredible creamy white head. Close to perfection frankly. Such a snow white & incredibly creamy head – pure perfection. Smell is sweet, very heavy on yoghurt Belgian. Sugary with light esters, floral & almost booze touch. Lots of yeast & straw. Taste is booze, very heavy yoghurt, Belgian yeast, incredibly creamy wheat, sweet, straw, floral, esters, butter (def. not in an infected way), strongly lactic but not lactic sour, like freaking milk itself (seriously so much it is crazy), light fruits & herbs. Wow, way too much for me frankly, first beer I ever had that seems to beg for food which is appropriate, I suppose. Food does seem to take it a bit, this is quite hard to drink for me. Yeasty, milk & yoghurt body, quite a bit carb. This one is a hard one to get & I need food. Ridiculous. I admire it, it fascinated me but it also appears to be fighting me & I really should have had this with a meal. Although as with all extreme flavours, you get acclimatized to it & start enjoying it. Total yellow milk in every way. Extreme.
