A bit boring and lacking of originality for me. The pour is a brilliant bright yellow with a thin dense white head. The nose is lightly spiced and crisp with wheat and clove notes. Sipping with a mild grainy sweetness and a fresh and clean wheat malt. The finish has a mild bitterness that lends well to the balance.

Bottle 375 ml from erzbierschof.ch. Veiled blonde, nice white and lasting head, numerous laces. Grassy and floral aromas, fresh herbs, culinary and cosmetic. Soft mouth with a taste of herb, coriander, zest, always cosmetic with hints of verbena and lemon. Stay on the grassy bitter in finale. Interesting.

Bottle, 375 ml. Hazy pale yellow with a massive bubbly white head, good retention. Nose is not unlike that float soap from provence with lots of delicate floral and herbal notes. I think: Lavender, thyme, honey, ginger.Taste is medium sweet and light to medium bitter. Not unlike a saison with very low carbonation. Dry herbal finish. Odd, but sort of OK. No need to retry this, though.

Bottle thanks to Fergus at the Pre-Zwanze. It pours golden-amber with a small-white head. The nose is spice, dough, herbal, floral and ginger notes. The taste is dough, earth, hay, citrus, pithy, floral and soapy notes with a crisp, dry finish. Medium+ body and prickly carbonation. Not something I would drink a lot of, but it is interesting and pretty well balanced. A good option to match with food.

37.5cl bottle at Bruces, thanks to Fergus! It pours a clear golden colour with a small white head. Aromas is intensely herbal with sage and some rosemary. Taste is sweet with loads of herbal notes again. Quite soapy. Overall, interesting but not exactly good.

Bottle shared at the Pre-Zwanze tasting - London. Thanks to Fergus. Pours clear yellow with a light, creamy white head. Quite herbal in the nose, some lime, too. Light sweet flavor with dried herbs, some lime, dry pale malts. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Further dry herbs to finish, more lime, dryish dough. Pretty tasty stuff overall.

Lightly hazy pale gold beer. Big fluffy white head. LIght crisp palate. Mild creamy malt. Minerals. Nicely judged zesty lemon fruits but not too sharp. Semi dry finish with a slightly annoying paper note. Overall a good beer though!
