375ml green bottle. Pours out a pretty standard yellow shade with some light haze. The head is very full and white, the lacing is good and sticky. Herbal and slightly grassy aroma with detectable minty, lemony notes, it’s kind of like a Ricola cough drop. Fairly light start with some slight biscuity malt, minty and herbal middle with grassy notes. Aftertaste has grain, grass, floral and herb notes with a light minty sensation on the tip of the tongue. Light in the mouth, crisp mouthfeel. This beer is at the same time slightly odd and very refreshing. Not sure what it aims to be, but I like it. Bottle shared at the Pre-Zwanze tasting - London. Thanks to Fergus. Pours clear yellow with a light, creamy white head. Quite herbal in the nose, some lime, too. Light sweet flavor with dried herbs, some lime, dry pale malts. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Further dry herbs to finish, more lime, dryish dough.
Bottle 375 ml from erzbierschof.ch. Veiled blonde, nice white and lasting head, numerous laces. Grassy and floral aromas, fresh herbs, culinary and cosmetic. Soft mouth with a taste of herb, coriander, zest, always cosmetic with hints of verbena and lemon. Stay on the grassy bitter in finale. Interesting.

Underbar aroma, svårt att Sätra fingret på den men närmsta jag kommer är väl en sommardag på en äng och en citron i handen. bartlebier (3982) - Belchium im Biersgau, GERMANY - JUL 27, 2014
37,5cl bottle hauled by embrouille, merci! Most aspects of this beer, especially the condensed, pure, herbal aroma, reminded me of the master cleanse days accompanied by the mild distractions of liters and liters of verbena tea: this beer has all the herbal corduroy, guava coatings and unsweet wild honey characteristics of a boiled-down verbena broth, mercifully without its diuretic effects. Like a marine herbal lemongrass/elder tonic, save the brine, save the citrus. Elegant light yeast profile, dry. Very monothematic beer executed with puristic minimalism, in line with both Mikkeller’s and noma’s culinary worldviews, I suppose, less with my own. Could have used a gently crowd-pandering citrus note, of any kind. Specialised audiences, aka upper echelon only. kermis (13346) - The Hague / Amsterdam, NETHERLANDS - FEB 18, 2013
Bottle shared. Pours cloudy straw with a white head. Aroma of weeds, freshly mown grass, citrus, coriander and other herbs, spices, light nutmeg. Flavour is light to moderate sweet and moderate bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. Nice for the style. Bottle split with JF at his gaff - the 60+ insect bites tasting, thanks to he, 09/06/13.
Lightly hazed blonde with a medium white head that retains well.
Nose is citrus, lemon rind, spice, herbs, grass, menthol notes.
Taste comprises bitter orange, lemon rind, herbs, mint leaf, citrus, grass, tangerine.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, dry finish with light bitterness, crisp and clean.
Interesting offering, not the kind of beer I’d look to revisit on a regular basis but well made and a great palate cleanser at a tasting in between bigger beers.
