Cloudy orange - gold beer. Dry semi soft palate. Citrus wheat flavours of orange and lemon just about hold their own against a fair bit of hop. It all adds up to a sharp fruity beer with a bitter finish. Goes down very easy.
Cloudy straw colored. Mild citrus and banana aroma. Very hoppy for a wheat, but not in a bad way. Refreshing, nice bitter finish. cgarvieuk (26422) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - SEP 22, 2008
Draught at EBF Copenhagen 2008 ... Hazy yellow ... big banana wheat nose ... nice powerfull wheat ... a sooped up wheat ... lots of citrus kick, banana and bubblegum. omhper (25962) - Tyresö, SWEDEN - SEP 15, 2008
Draught at European Beer Festival, Copenhagen. Cloudy golden, brief head. Juicy and concentrated. Citric and perfumy hops dominate the aroma. Almost full sized body with rounded mouthfeel. The wheat character is overrun by hops that provides both citric aroma and good amounts of bitterness. As much I am against the imperialisation of witbier I must also say that that this is a really good beer.
