Bottled. A pitch black beer with a thin brown head. The aroma has notes of soy sauces, roasted malt, alcohol, and chocolate. The flavor is sweet with notes of roasted malt, alcohol, chocolat, and light notes of dextrose, leading to a dry, roasted, and alcoholic finish. Thanks, Jesper! Pours is black in color with a finger of tan head. Heavy roasted malt up front with a really intense chocolate note, too. A bit of vanilla, booze, and mild oxidation. The flavor has a ton of chocolate, fudge, and cocoa powder character. A hint of booze, lots of roasted malt, a bit of coffee, and some molasses. Theis (15150) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - SEP 27, 2012
