Hazy amberisch-orange coloured beer with a very nice long lasting white yellowish head. Aroma is herby and has fine refreshing accents. In the nose you can notice pine needles, lily’s, wet dog, camiile tea, lots of dry peels of nut skin, and pallisade hops. This beer has a full taste with a dry caracter. The mouthfeel is round, the fine carbonation gives it an extra lift up and brings a nice finesse in this brew. The taste has hints of grapefruit peel, agrum, dry herbs like laurell leaf, sage and lemongrass. It also has a soft smoothness of maple sirup and nuts. In the finale there is a boost of forrest like bitter accnets like bark, dry wood, nut peel, cigare box and tons of hops with a crisp lemongrass like sharpness in the end.. Very nice IPA with very recognizable Palisade hops. madsberg (11776) - Søborg, DENMARK - NOV 15, 2005
Bottled: Reddish/orange coloured. Unclear. Dense beige head. Herbal, sweetish and fruity beer. Quite citric, dry and refreshing. Wellmade, but a little sharp and unbalanced in the end. Belgo (154) - Køge, DENMARK - NOV 14, 2005
Bottle. Orange-reddish colour with a nice lasting off-white head.
The scent is classic US IPA; pine needles, grapefruit, lemon and new cut wood. Full bodied, clean crisp citrusy flavours with a nice caramel note at the end. Dry, bitter finish. A great IPA. Dixen (1465) - Flagstaff, Arizona, USA - OCT 27, 2005
Moderate hoppy nose, very fruity notes, not so aggressive as other US hop varieties. Muddy dark amber body, with a smallish off-white head. Very fruity flavor, pleasant and piney hop flavor, ends moderate bitter. Good one. YogiBeera (2569) - New Jersey, USA - OCT 23, 2005
At the LCRBM: Very interesting and a brew that I’m sure will improve a lot with time! Wonderful orange color with a small layer of a head. Sellery and hops nose - grapey taste with a harsh hoppy dry finish, which goes fast. Definetly one I wanna try again to see how it turns out then.

(on bottle)TOPDOLLAR aroma, great from just one single hop, witch I never have tried before. US style with pine, elderflower, grass, hemp, wood, great sent here. mediun carbonation and an very harsh finish. The harshness turnedd bad on me, got burning and dominated the rest of half a bottle, not good. kind of unbalanced. duff (5486) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - OCT 18, 2005
Bottle. Quite a fruity IPA, with notes of grapefruit and subtle lychee. Some nice leafy, tea like hops in the finish, some ppiney qualities. Nicely aromatic, with a pleasing bitter finish. DonMagi (5593) - bantervile, Bedfordshire, ENGLAND - OCT 17, 2005
No#21. Theres a very nice peahcy apricotish arroma offf this, to go with the hops. Taste is exstreme bitter, to hardcore for my taste, super dry grassy bitterness, overpowering. Mads Langtved (2240) - Copenhagen K, DENMARK - OCT 17, 2005
No head, hazy orange beer. Hoppy raisin aroma. Flavour is a bit alcoholic and very fruity. Bitter finish. A nice refreshing brew. ThomasE (5174) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - OCT 17, 2005
Cloudy orange colour with a dense beige head. Hoppy and fruity aroma with a light caramel sweetness and some lemon notes. Sharp bitter flavor with a light fruityness and a faint caramel maltyness. Loooong dry bitter finish.
