375 ml bottle into tulip glass, best before 1/21/2021. Pours slightly hazy deep ruby red/light copper/brown color with a 1-2 finger dense off white head with good retention, that reduces to a thin cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings around the glass, with a moderate amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Aromas of big golden raisin, plum, fig, apple, date, pepper, caramel, brown sugar, toffee, vanilla, coconut, and toasted oak; with lighter chocolate, cocoa, and coffee notes; and oak/toasted earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of fruity/spicy yeast, bourbon barrel, dark/bready malt, and light-moderate coffee notes; with great strength. Taste of big golden raisin, plum, fig, apple, date, pepper, caramel, brown sugar, toffee, vanilla, coconut, and toasted oak; with lighter chocolate, cocoa, and coffee flavors; and oak/toasted earthiness. Light-moderate yeast and bourbon/oak spiciness on the finish; with lingering notes of dark fruits, pepper, caramel, brown sugar, toffee, vanilla, coconut, toasted oak, cocoa, coffee, and oak/toasted earthiness on the finish for a while. Fantastic complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/spicy yeast, bourbon barrel, dark/bready malt, and light-moderate coffee flavors; with a great malt/spiciness balance, and zero cloying sweetness after the finish. Light dryness from yeast/oak spiciness as well. Medium carbonation and medium-plus body; with a very smooth, fairly creamy/silky, and lightly sticky/chalky balanced mouthfeel that is great. Alcohol is fairly well hidden with a small warmth lingering after the finish; with minimal booziness. Overall this is an outstanding BBA Belgian strong dark ale! All around awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/spicy yeast, bourbon barrel, dark/bready malt, and light-moderate coffee flavors; very smooth and easy to sip on for the ABV. A highly enjoyable offering.

Bottle. A- Whiskey, cherry, oak, coconut, A- Garnet red color, clear liquid, tan head. T- Cherry, wood, booze. P- Full body, slightly sharp texture, average carbonation, boozy finish. O- What a special beer this is. I haven’t had the regular Peace yet as I’ve been holding off on that so I can’t compare, but this is pretty tasty. A bit boozy and the whiskey may overtake the beer a bit too much, but all in all a solid offering.

375ml bottle - thanks martjoobolut
Sweet almost coconutty aroma, some bourbon vanilla, including the bourbon booze aspect. Get plenty of jamesons, but I’m not a boubon expert. Simple sweet whiskey and malty body. Finish is dry, banana strings. I fully support drinking for world peace. I’ll drink to cure cancer too, but *THAT BULLSHIT DOES NOT BRING WORLD PEACE OR CURE CANCER* #markettingbullshit
