ClubGonzo (5685) - Bergen, NORWAY - JAN 11, 2017
Bottle, shared with BBGTC. Pours a deep coppery hazy body with a large creamy off-white head. Nose is red fruits, raisins, toffee, red berries and hints of white sugar, apricot and spices. Taste is raisins, nuts, nougat, caramel, bretty farmhouse notes and hints of hay, bitter herbs and minerals. Decent, but the brett does little to freshen up this malt-heavy brew.

Benzai (16151) - Oirschot, THE NETHERLANDS, NETHERLANDS - JAN 22, 2015
Bottle @ weekly tasting shared by Dutchdrebus. Hazy very dark to reddish color, full sized off-white head that lasts for quite a while. Aroma is fruits, berries and a touch of sweet candy. Taste wheat, a little sweet, a little hop, but also a touch of herbs or spices, not sour at all, a slight hint of bitter in the end. Meh, don’t really like it. Weird and not my thing I guess.
