On tap at CBC 2012. Beer in the glass dark red, nice head. Dry-sourish aroma. Starts intense fruity like cherries, mild sourish, not too intense. Finish well balanced fruity, warming aftertaste. Great beer!

On tap at Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2012. Pours a hazy dark red-brown with no head. Smells of cherries and cedar. Sweet and quite bitter and sour. Aromas of sour cherries and cedar with hoppy hints of resin and citrus fruits. Also hints of barnyard. Medium to full bodied. Soft carbonation. Bitter finish.

Draft at the Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2012. Pours hazy purple-red with a very fine, light pink foam head. Lots of ripe cherries in the aroma. medium sweet flavor, fairly tart, very acidic, nice cherries. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Tart cherry finish, lots more acidic bite, pleasant cherries, lasting sourness. Strong and tart.

Unclear medium red amber colour with a small to average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, caramel, cherry, medicine, band-aid, baking yeast. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and light to moderate acidic with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120512]

Tap at CBC, May 2012. It pours deep purple, with a thin pink-white head. The nose is sweet, sticky, Ribena, glue, alcohol, spice, plastic, sweet raspberry and artificial cherry. The taste is tart cherry, alcohol warmth, Welches grapes juice, balsamic vinegar, tangy, medicinal, artificial fruit, raspberry, vinegar, plastic and chamomile, with an acidic, alcoholic finish. Full body, fine, prickly carbonation and sticky mouth-feel. Weird stuff. Unbalanced and quite hot and acidic.

Cask. Pours as a dirty crimson with no head. Aroma is overwhelmingly sour with an sharp glue smell. Slight hints of cheery but dominated by the glue. Taste is strongly cherry, with lesser strawberry and medium sour bite. Dry finish. Malty flavors not really present.
