Draft at bistro on bridge. Pours hazy yellow with a large white head. The aroma is lemon and floral. The taste is dry, light bitter, not awesome. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

First beer of 2011! On draft at RattlenHum. Lots of rich, fresh hops as usual from Mikkeller. West Coast feel to the hops. A touch spicy and a little sweet. The wit character was pretty low key, but interesting. Very nice brew.

Massive Mikkeller pt.2 This is what I imagine a Christmas beer tasting like. Pretty much spot on christmas tree. Piney and earthy with hints of spice. Definitely different but pretty good.

Tap. Light tan head on a very murky reddish brown body. Light citrus hops, fruity yeastiness and some slight sour light fruit in the aroma. Pleasantly hoppy, cleanish, nice citrus notes and drinks lightly. Lighter to medium slightly chalky body.

Bottle from Boxbeers - Color: hazy golden blond beer with small carbonation and medium white foam. Smell: hoppy and grassy domination with spicy hint. Taste: medium malt body, good spicy balance and finish fruity and hoppy. Good attenuation. OK. Aftertaste: wet bitterness, citrus OK.

Magnum I shared at DLD 10. Probably should have drank this a when it was completely fresh but I didnt have enough people around! Pours pretty murky throughout, straw color. Great Mikkeller IPA aroma, very citrusy and inviting, juicy with nice candy sweetness, love it. Flavor is a bit more oxidized, pretty good marriage, light spiciness, citrus fruit, bit yeasty, nice. Very easy drinking, well attenuated, lively fizzy carbonation.

1500ml bottle. Pours a medium amber, with a fluffy, off-white head. Very spicy, almost perfumed aroma, coriander seed, wheat, orange peel, lavender (?), malt, caramel, jasmine flowers. Off-dry, medium bodied, quite high bitterness, lively CO2. Spicy taste, coriander, lavender, wheat, cloves, banana, malt, caramel, rose petals, orange peel. Verging on cloying, but theres an astringency that balances it out quite well. (2012-07-16)

Taster from bottle, courtesy of Jackie at the CASK Pub & Kitchen, 1st Nov 2010. Hazy orange. Nose of cough candy and fresh hops. In the mouth, you find citrus flavours locked in a duel with candy sugar. Delightful, definitely need to try this again.

Rated this last night on paper. Giant bottle (1 qt. 1 pt. 2.7 oz, to be exact) found on the discount shelf at Enoteca in PF, ID shared with Brenn79. Aroma is way hoppy. I get spruce needles (maybe?), lemon, coriander. Pours cloudy orange with a giant long-lasting off-white pillowy head. Creamy lace sheets the glass. Taste starts out sweet and spicy and finishes wit a bitter hop bite. Definitely more red ale or IPAish than witbier. Crisp, interesting, tasty. Carbonation is average and the mouthfeel is creamy. I was really impressed with this at first, but it started to get a little old. That was a really big bottle.

handbottled delivered thanks to part of the cali/tex corridor connection. poured an orangish color with not much of a head to speak of. aroma was excellent with pine, orange, peach, and gummy worms. flavor was pine, caramel, orange, and citrus. body was medium with low carbonation. thanks again bill, as always.
