Hazy gold beer with atiny white head. Sourish nose - quite pungent. Dry crisp palate. Pretty sour, some vinegary acid but has some balance from the Rhubarb which Iwas pleased I could actually taste (I often can’t taste fruit in sours at all). Finishes dry and crisp.
The first Danish produced spontanious fermented beer I have tried. The aroma was good and traditional for a high end fruit lambic. The initial taste was fresh and good - though a bit watery. The aftertaste was more meaty and with a tad of sweetness. Tap @ BBF ’10. Hazy pale yellowish color, short head. Aroma of horseblanket, barnyard. Dry tart taste, some hint of vegetable. Champagne and dry white wine like.

UPDATED: OCT 4, 2010 Handbottled by Theis. Thanks! Cloudy salmon like colur with rhubarb string floating around. Not very appealing. Quite acidic aroma with sour citric and rhubarb notes. Some sour apples as well. The flavour is sour fruit, acid and ends up light salty. Extremely dry finish. 7/2/6/3/14 New rating from Borefts Festival. Hazy yellow with a medium white head. The aroma is quite sour and acidic with notes of citrus. Very acidic and sour flavour with nice fresh rhubarb notes. Barnyard. Very dry finish.
