cogumelomax (2) - São Paulo, BRAZIL - FEB 3, 2015 does not count
Adorei os aromas e sabores encontrados nessa cerveja, não encontrei mais nas lojas por aqui. Muito agradável e refrescante, suave no inicio e no final deixa o sabor evidente do gengibre.

Dobre piwo o miodowo kwiatowym zapachu. W smaku takze wyczuwalny miod oraz imbirowy korzen. Ktory umiejetnie studzi slodkosc piwa. Piwo jest slodowe, malo chmielne ale jakby winna wytrawnosc sie trafiala w koncowce. Lekko metne. Minus za dziwna i nieatrakcyjna etykiete

swampwater (79) - Preston, Lancashire, ENGLAND - DEC 10, 2014
Day 9 of Julepakkekalender from Mikkeller. Bottled.

Aroma: Has a cheesy nose, reminiscent of pecorino. Slight whiffs of ginger and hops.
Appearance: Pours a hazy gold. Has a light head, that sat on top for the whole time (30 minutes).
Taste: A sweet, mild ginger flavour. A very smooth honey aftertaste.
Palate: A bit bitter from the ginger, but overall very sweet. The use of honey lets the beer slide down your throat. Light carbonation. Medium body. Slightly creamy.
Overall: I thought I’d hate this beer, but I was wrong! The ginger taste isn’t overpowering, and the addition of honey helps this beer become FAR too drinkable. It’s almost like a sore throat cure for beer lovers. It reminds me of sparkling mead.

DruncanVeasey (8401) - Nr NUNEATON, Warwickshire, ENGLAND - APR 10, 2012
330ml. Veiled and coppery with a thick, rocky band of suds going nowhere. Zested nose with a distinctly Belgian, peppery coriander/chopped parsley profile. Moussey and perfumed with an archetypal, citrusy, green herb Belgian ting; ginger and honey swallowed by silk, lemon jelly, white pepper. The merest crumb of gingernut. Rounded, aromatic, satisfying stuff. Underrated because it isn’t expensive, rare or high in alcohol.

3.9
rarbring (2290) - Linköping, SWEDEN - DEC 9, 2014
Aroma: Smelling of dough, mango, spices and grass.
Appearance: A hazy amber colored beer. A off-white head with some lacing and some curtains.
Taste: Tasting sweet bread, mango chutney and apple peel.
Palate: Medium carbonation, a soft texture. A medium body with a slightly dry finish.
Overall: Sweet and spice, leaves a warm feeling.
Note: Bottle 330 ml at home. #9 in MIkkeller Christmas Calendar. Reviewed 2014-12-09.
